DELIVERY AND RETURN

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer 2 types of delivery: at home or at a relay point (with or without signature).
All you have to do is choose the best delivery option for you.

 


Our products are available for delivery to the following countries: France, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United States…. The prices and delivery times for the countries to which we deliver are indicated to you after you have chosen and entered your delivery method and address at the time of purchase. However, if you wish to have your order delivered to the following countries, you must place an order on the official distributor's website ("Where to find us" section): South Africa, Australia, Canada, Chile, China, South Korea, Japan, UAE, Ecuador, Spain, India, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Lithuania, Morocco, Mexico, Oman, Poland, Qatar, United Kingdom, Russia, Slovakia, Taiwan, Turkey, etc.
 


 

How do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is communicated in your order area in your customer account.

 

How do I track my package?

Go to the colissimo website by clicking here and enter your parcel number which can be found in your order area of your customer account.

 

How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery times are between 24 and 72 hours. We try wherever possible to prepare and ship your order the same day.

 

I would like to modify the content of my order, how do I do it?

If you wish to modify the content of your order or the delivery address, please contact our team at emma@cebelia.paris or by telephone at 01 48 78 21 13.

 

I would like to cancel my order, is this possible?

I have a problem with tracking, who should I contact?

My package was not delivered to the planned relay point. If you encounter difficulties tracking your order, please contact our team at emma@cebelia.paris or by telephone at 01 48 78 21 13.

 

RETURNS:

Do you want to return your CEBELIA package? It's possible. To do this, you must inform us by email at emma@cebelia.paris, specifying the reason for the return and indicating your order number.

For the return to be accepted, the products must be intact and in their original packaging. As a reminder, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make your return. The shipping costs linked to the return of your products remain your responsibility.
