TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- Purpose and acceptance of the general conditions The CEBELIA site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is a commercial site accessible via the Internet at the address cebelia.paris. It is accessible to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

This site is the property of the CEBELIA brand, which offers LCE Balm, Extreme Care, Reinforced Depigmentant, Intensive Anti-Aging, LCE Regard, Comfort Cream, Soothing Milk, Multi-Active Cream, Cleansing Milk, Gentle Soap among others products for direct sale. (The user browsing the site being hereinafter called a customer). For the application of these terms, it is agreed that the User and CEBELIA will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party”, and that the User having validated an order will then be referred to as the “customer”. The rights and obligations that apply to the user do not necessarily apply to the customer. Any purchase of a product offered on the site presupposes acceptance of the general conditions of sale. A handwritten signature is not required to accept these conditions.
It is specified that the User has the right to save or print these general conditions of sale, provided however not to modify them.
CEBELIA is entitled to modify the general conditions of sale at any time without notice, or note to the user provided that they do not apply to a previously processed order. These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other document.
2- Products marketed on cebelia.paris
All products offered on this site are available and deliverable worldwide (with the exception of countries where local distributors are present). Before purchasing, the buyer can consult all the main characteristics of the product(s) they wish to purchase. Purchase offers, including promotional offers, are valid as long as they are announced on the Site or via promotional email.
3- Prices of products on sale on the site
The prices appearing on this Site are indicated in Euros all taxes included and are likely to vary during the year, knowing that a product must be sold at the exact amount displayed at the time of sale. They do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased depending on the amount of the order. Shipping costs will be indicated before the order is registered by the Buyer.
Prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products sold by CEBELIA on its Site.
4- Orders
Any order implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general conditions of sale.
The Buyer accepts that CEBELIA's order recording systems constitute proof of the nature of the agreement and its date.
A limit per product that can be ordered is set at 4 units on the site. When the order is confirmed by clicking on the “Complete order” button, the Buyer declares to accept it as well as these general conditions of sale. The order form can also be printed.
As soon as the order is registered, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the Buyer, to the email address they have indicated.
This acknowledgment of receipt will specify the exact amount invoiced and the terms of delivery of the order.
This acknowledgment of receipt means that the order has been accepted and will be processed subject to payment thereof. In the event of unavailability of one or more products after placing the order, a warning e-mail will be sent to the address indicated during registration. The amount of the order will thus be re-evaluated and the Buyer will be debited for the new amount, subtracting the missing products. If the order is completely unavailable, the Buyer will be notified by e-mail and will not be charged.
CEBELIA, however, reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order from a Buyer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason relating in particular to the abnormal nature of the order.
5- Payments All orders are payable in euros. To pay for their order, the Buyer can only pay by credit card.
The bank cards accepted on the site are: Visa and Mastercard.
The Buyer guarantees CEBELIA that he has the authorizations he needs to pay for his order with the chosen payment method. The brand reserves the right to put on hold or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any order or in the event of a payment incident.
As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be communicated to any competent authority for verification.
In order to ensure the security of payment by bank card, the Buyer must send Ingenico Payment Services the visual cryptogram (CVV) of their bank card.
6- Delivery of orders The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form, according to the delivery method chosen.
Delivery will be made within an average of 2 to 3 working days in Metropolitan France from receipt of the order form, depending on the delivery method chosen and within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order form.

7- Legal guarantee The Buyer benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee of conformity in application of articles L. 211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the legal guarantee against hidden defects in application of articles 1641 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
In the event of lack of conformity of the product, in particular due to an anomaly (damaged, expired product) or an error in the references delivered, the Buyer may choose to return the product to CEBELIA and obtain a refund. or an exchange.
Return costs are not reimbursed by CEBELIA.

8- Right of withdrawal The Buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the product, to return, at his own expense, the products ordered, for refund or exchange.
The refund will be made via the payment method initially chosen by the buyer to pay for their order. The refund will be made upon receipt of the non-compliant product. The product must be returned in new, used condition.
9- Instructions for returning products The products can be returned by the Buyer under the following conditions.
Whatever the reason for returning a product to CEBELIA, the buyer is advised to follow the following instructions in order to facilitate the said return procedure:
1. Send an email to customer service at the following address: emma@cebelia.paris to request a return and obtain the form to complete 2. Use the original, unopened product packaging to return the product and attach the form 3. Send the package to the following address: Anjou Laboratories (returns department)
For any complaints or questions, the buyer can contact Laboratoires d’Anjou at the following address: emma@cebelia.paris.
Note: the products must not have been opened or used.
In particular cases of altered texture, fragrance or intolerance; We invite you to contact us in advance by telephone at 01 48 78 21 13 or by email at reglementaire@cebelia.paris. A specific return procedure will then be communicated to you and we will carry out specific checks.
Any risk linked to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer.
10- Reservation of ownership CEBELIA retains full ownership of the products sold, until full payment of the price, including fees and taxes, has been received.
11- Responsibility CEBELIA cannot be held responsible for the failure to send products in the event of a stock shortage, or in the event of unavailability of the product due to an isolated case.
CEBELIA declines all responsibility:
for any interruption of the site;
for any occurrence of bugs;
for any damage or harm caused by fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the site; and more generally any direct or indirect damage, whatever the causes, origins, or consequences. For example, losses of profits, customers, customer data or any other loss of intangible assets that may occur due to an event beyond the control of the brand cannot be attributed to it.
12- Intellectual property All data, texts, information, images, photographs or any other content distributed on the site are subject to protection under intellectual property law. Consequently, Internet users can only use these elements for exclusively private purposes (family circle).
With the exception of the above provisions, any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of the elements of the site without the written consent of Laboratoires d'Anjou constitutes an act counterfeiting punishable by the Intellectual Property Code.
All brands (name marks and logos) and any other distinctive sign that appear on our site are the property of Laboratoires d'Anjou. Consequently, any reproduction and/or representation, and any use of these distinctive signs are therefore prohibited, without written authorization from their owner.
