Principle

The laser is a non-invasive procedure that uses pulses to affect skin cells. It acts on the skin by destroying its surface layer through photo-vaporisation. The depth of the vaporisation action is controlled by the number of times the laser beam passes over the skin. The number of passes depends on the skin problem to be corrected and the area to be treated.

Once the skin has been treated and the superficial layer destroyed, it regenerates naturally thanks to the healing of the cells present in the dermis, which encourages the creation of new tissue.

Laser treatment can be used to combat a wide range of problems, including acne scars, burns, melasma, pigmentation spots, etc. It can be performed on the face, neck, décolleté and hands.

Results
A laser session offers a wide range of results for a variety of skin problems. After this procedure, your complexion will be more even, your skin smoother and denser, and your spots and scars will have almost disappeared.

Possible side effects :

- Redness

- Skin overheating

- Oedema

Number of sessions & budget
Between 1 and 5 laser sessions are required, depending on the patient's problem. A laser session costs between 150 and 500 euros, depending on the area to be treated.

What is laser treatment?

Laser treatment is an aesthetic medicine treatment that reduces wrinkles and spots on the skin by destroying its surface layer. Laser treatment differs from peeling in that it involves thermal abrasion of the skin. Thanks to laser treatment, you will enjoy smoother, spot-free skin.  After a laser treatment, it is essential to take care of your skin to minimise any redness and overheating. You should be aware that the final result of your laser treatment will be visible several weeks later. The good news is that the smoothing effect lasts for several years. This is not a harmless procedure and should be carried out by certified professionals.

Laser cream: How do you take care of your skin with an after-laser cream?

Laser treatment, by destroying the superficial layer of the skin, can cause possible side effects such as redness or sensations of overheating. Cebelia supports you throughout the post-procedure phase by offering you appropriate care. Directly after the laser aesthetic procedure, you can apply Soin Extrême post-laser cream, which acts directly on the side effects mentioned above. Your skin will be visibly soothed. Deeply nourishing and moisturising your skin is essential for a good recovery and to maximise the effects of the treatment. In the event of oedema (a rare side effect), you can also apply our L.C.E Balm to your skin.

Once your skin is fully repaired, you can maximise the effects by continuing to moisturise your skin intensely with our Soothing Body Lotion and Reinforcing Depigmenting Lotion. After this procedure, remember to protect your skin from the sun with SPF 50 suncare products. Don't hesitate to discover the different products in our creme laser range.
