UV Bright P-50

UV Bright P-50 is a multifunctional 2-in-1 skincare product that combines very high sun protection with anti-dark spot action. It has been formulated using our patented active ingredient Pekaline®, which reduces the intensity and size of hyperpigmentation whilst slowing the formation of new dark spots; an extract of Cyste, which protects the skin against blue light-induced pigmentation; and a trio of skin-friendly, broad-spectrum filters to protect the skin effectively against UVA and UVB rays.

This dual-action treatment has been specially developed for daily use on skin prone to pigmentation disorders to prevent and correct brown spots, as well as during aesthetic procedures: beforehand to minimise the risk of rebound effects, and after the skin has fully healed to reduce the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Its texture gives the skin a light, mattifying effect, leaves no white marks and is water-resistant.

Directions for use: before exposure to the sun, generously apply one finger of product onto face and neck. Reapply every two hours in the event of direct exposure to the sun, after swimming, drying off or sweating. Avoid exposure as far as possible after any skin alteration. Excessive sun exposure can be harmful for your health.

*TEST (A) Objective of the study: to evaluate the activity of Pekaline® (patented active ingredient contained in Reinforced Depigmenting) on induced pigmentation (spots in the process of forming) and existing pigmentation :

Pekaline® :

- Divides induced pigmentation (in the process of forming) by 6, i.e. -83%.

- Divides existing pigmentation by 2, i.e. -50%.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Formulated with a combination of natural and synthetic ingredients, UV Bright P-50 combines the best of both worlds to control hyperpigmentation and protect the skin from every damaging effects of sun exposure.

PEKALINE®:  Acts at two key and complementary stages of the pigmentation process: it inhibits the production of the enzyme tyrosinase and blocks the remaining enzymes (acidification of the melanosome).

CISTUS MONSPELIENSIS EXTRACT: This highly potent antioxidant protects the skin from pigmentation caused by free radicals induced by blue light, whilst also preserving collagen and cellular energy to enhance the skin’s radiance.

TRIO OF ORGANIC FILTERS: broad-spectrum organic filters to protect skin effectively against UVA and UVB rays.

Controversy-free, clean filters that respect the skin and the environment. Our filters comply with the HEL list. This lists chemicals that are known pollutants in many different environments (freshwater streams, rivers, beaches and ocean systems) or in wildlife (corals, fish, birds, marine mammals, sea turtles), posing a threat to ecosystem health.

Doctors recommend it in aesthetic medicine, both prior to a depigmentation procedure to prevent the rebound effect, and post-procedure to reduce the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
