Tectiline®
PATENTED ANTI-AGING PEPTIDE

TECTILINE® is a new-generation anti-aging active ingredient derived from laminin-5 and optimized through cyclization. It was developed in collaboration with Dr. Patricia Rousselle, a world-renowned specialist in Laminins (LNs) — key proteins of the dermo-epidermal junction (DEJ).
 

Laminin-5 plays an essential role in ensuring cohesion and communication between the epidermis and dermis. It strengthens the dermo-epidermal junction, anchors basal cells, and supports the metabolic exchanges vital for healthy skin function.
 

Over time, laminin-5 production decreases and its distribution becomes irregular, leading to a weakened and flattened DEJ. Simultaneously, other skin aging mechanisms occur — such as reduced collagen fiber synthesis and slower microcirculation — impairing tissue regeneration. Together, these factors cause gradual skin thinning, loss of density, firmness, and elasticity, and promote the appearance of wrinkles and texture irregularities.

TECTILINE® specifically targets these core mechanisms through a biomimetic mode of action. Our in vitro studies demonstrate that it significantly stimulates the synthesis of three major components:



 

• - Laminin-5, the keystone of the DEJ: TECTILINE® not only enhances its synthesis but also its distribution, restoring a youthful organization of the junction, strengthening firmness, limiting skin thinning, and improving resilience.
• - Collagen I, the structural backbone of dermal density and resistance, essential for maintaining firmness and structural integrity.
• - Skin vitality, as shown by increased microcirculation markers indicating improved oxygenation and nutrient supply, restoring the skin’s natural radiance.
   

By reactivating these biological pathways, TECTILINE® strengthens the dermo-epidermal structure, restores skin firmness and elasticity, and optimizes cellular metabolism through improved microcirculation.
