Terms & Conditions of Sale

Before submitting any order by clicking on the “Payment” button; please read and print a copy of these Terms and Conditions to keep on file for future matters regarding the order you are making. Please note that not accepting these following terms and conditions result in the incapacity to order any product on our website.

1- Scope and acceptance of General Terms of Sale

The site www.cebelia.paris (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet network at the address www.cebelia.paris. It is open to any user of the network (hereinafter referred to as “User”). It is published by the company Laboratoires d'Anjou (France) Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Vendor), a company registered in France under company number 433 974 755 headquartered, at 18 rue de l'Arcade, 75008 Paris, France.

This website enables the Vendor to offer cosmetics and medical devices products for sale to Users browsing on the Site. Under these Terms of Sale, it is agreed that the User and Vendor shall be jointly referred to as the “Parties”, and individually as a “Party” and that a User that has confirmed an order shall then be referred to as the “Customer”.

The customer is automatically entitled to the right and obligations of the user. Any products ordered in this website implies that the customer has read and accepted these terms and conditions, without his handwritten signature.

It is stipulated that the User may make a backup copy or print these General Terms of sale, only if they are not modified.

These General Terms of Sale come into effect as from 13 of February 2018.

The Vendor has the full right to change these General Terms of Sale without notice and at any time, with any modifications not applying to reservations and orders already accepted and confirmed by the Customer.

These Terms of Sale shall apply to the exclusion of any other document.

2- Products sold on the Site

All the products offered on the website are limited to www.cebelia.paris.

Before making an order, the Client may check the website and find out more about the products that interest him or her and the price offers. Purchase offers, including special promotions, are valid for as long as they are visible on the website or until the mentioned expiry date if there is one. Please note that all special promotions available on www.surface-paris.com are subject to stock availability. In the case where we are out of stock on certain products, the offer will be removed or modified accordingly.

3- Prices of products for sale on the Site

The prices shown on this Site are in euros, including all taxes with it being stipulated that products ordered are invoiced at the price in force when the order is registered. They do not include shipping charges, which are invoiced on top of the price of the purchased products, based on the total amount of the order. Shipping charges will be shown before the Customer is asked to confirm the order.

Prices include value added tax (VAT), the rate enforced on the day of the order. Any change in the daily rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products sold by the company on the website. Certain countries charge an additional duty upon arrival of purchase by your local customs authority. This information is specific to the Customer Country and questions should be directed to the country customs office.

4- Orders

All orders imply full and undiscussed acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

The Customer accepts that the Vendor's order registration systems are proof of the nature of the agreement and its date.

There is no limit in terms of number of products that can be ordered.

When the order is confirmed by clicking on the “Complete my Order” button, the Customer declares that they accept the order, according to these General Terms of Sale. The customer can print a copy of his or her order.

Once the order has been placed, a detailed email confirming the order will be sent to the customer on the provided email address. This email will mention the amount of the invoice and the delivery details. This confirmation note suggest that the order has been placed and that it is subject to order payment.

If one or several products are sold-out after the order has been placed, the customer will be contacted via email. He or she will only be debited for the products that are available for shipping. In the case which none of the products are available for purchase, the Customer will be notified by e-mail and will not be debited.

The Customer can also cancel an order made on the Site by contacting our Customer Services. If Customer Service states that the order has already been processed or shipped, the Customer will not be able to cancel. In that last case, he or she must send the product back to the the Vendor on their own expense.

The Vendor is entitled to suspend or cancel any order placed by a Customer with whom a conflict exists regarding the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason.

5- Payments

All orders are payable in euros.

To pay for an order, the customer is required to use one of the approved methods of payment: Paypal, Stripe, credit cards, and debit cards. The following credit/debit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express.

The customer guarantees the Vendor that they have been granted the required authorizations to use their selected payment method, when registering the purchase order.

In any event of non-payment of any amount owed by the Customer, or any adverse circumstances occurring during payment, the Vendor reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order and/or delivery, in any nature or state of progress.

As part of ongoing actions taken to prevent fraud on the Internet, information concerning the Customer’s order may be sent to any competent and secure authority for verification.

To ensure a secure credit or debit card payment, the Customer must send the card security code of the bank card being used.

Secure payments are guaranteed by E World Concept.

6- Delivery of Order

The goods ordered will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing their order by Paypal, Stripe, credit or debit card, according to the chosen method of delivery.

Delivery of order will be made on average within 2 to 6 business days from the moment the Vendor receives the order, according to the selected method of delivery and no later than 30 days as from order reception, upon receival of full payment of the order price.

We reserve the right to modify the shipping costs if the order contains more than 5 products.

7- Legal guarantee

The Customer shall benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee regarding product conformity.

In the event of non-conformity of an ordered product (damaged product or wrong product), in particular due to an abnormality or an error in references delivered, the Customer has the choice to return the said product to the Vendor and if the product was unopened and unused the Customer will be reimbursed.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed by the Vendor on request by the Customer, only if the product was damaged or it was the wrong product.

The Customer can contact Customer Services by sending an e-mail message to info@cebelia.paris for product return procedures in case of wrong or damaged product.

8- Right of Withdrawal

The Customer is entitled to a 14 day period from the date of reception of order, to return the products at their own expense for reimbursement. The product must be unopened and unused. The reimbursement will be made by the method of payment that the Customer had previously used in his or her initial order. The reimbursement will be made within 30 days after the product has been received and inspected by the Vendor.

9- Instructions for Returning Products

We do not accept returns for products ordered outside of France.

10- Retention of Title

The products will stay in the full possession of the vendor until the payment has been fully processed, including extra shipping costs and any taxes related to the purchase.

11- Liability

The Vendor cannot be held liable for non-binding of contracts due to stock shortages, except for cases of special price offers not intended to lower stock levels, or in the event of product unavailability due to force majeure.

The Vendor accepts no liability for:

  • any interruption to the Site;
  • any incidences involving bugs;
  • any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party, causing any change to the information made available on the Site;
  • more generally, any direct or indirect damage, whatever the cause, origin, nature or consequences, including in particular any loss of profit, customers, data or any other loss of intangible goods that may occur as a result of the access by any person to the Site or the impossibility of accessing the Site or any credit accorded to any information directly or indirectly coming from it.

12- Intellectual property

In accordance with legislation governing the ownership of literary and artistic rights, or other similar rights, this Site and all the elements, brands, drawings, models, photographs, texts, illustrations, logos, sequences whether animated or not and with or without sound, graphics, etc., to be found in this site, together with their compilation, are the exclusive property of the Vendor, as it does not grant any license or any entitlement other than that of consulting the Site. Any use or reproduction, in whole or in part, of these elements is authorized exclusively for information purposes only for personal and private use, with any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes being expressly prohibited. Neither the Site (in whole or in part), nor its content or brands may be used, reproduced, duplicated, sold, resold, made accessible, modified or exploited in any other way, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever, without prior, written authorization from the Vendor.

Any other use constitutes infringement.

13- Applicable law

The sales of all products of the Vendor are subject to French law.

14- Data Processing and Civil liberties

The data collected will be processed for the purpose of sending out a newsletter (only with permission) and/or processing the Customer’s order.

The recipients of the data are the Vendor and its service providers.

The Customer has the right to access, change, correct and delete personal information concerning them by contacting the Vendor by email.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, this site has been declared to the CNIL (National Commission for Information and Freedom), under No. 2066784.
